Ways to Pay

We aim to make payment simple and transparent. Here are your options.

In-Network Insurance

We are in-network with Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare / Optum. When you use insurance (in-network or out-of-network), you're responsible for the amount your plan allows — such as your copay, coinsurance, or any remaining deductible. Please contact us to confirm your specific plan and verify your coverage.

Out-of-Network Made Easy with Thrizer

We partner with Thrizer to make using your out-of-network benefits simple. Thrizer checks your benefits for you, and instead of paying the full fee and waiting on reimbursement, you typically pay only your estimated out-of-pocket portion up front — Thrizer handles the insurance claims and reimbursement on your behalf. Once your out-of-network deductible has been met, most clients pay around $67 per 55-minute therapy session.

Self-Pay (Cash)

Prefer to pay privately? We welcome self-pay clients. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards, with payment due at the time of service.

Superbills

If you'd rather file with your insurer yourself, we can provide a monthly superbill — an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost. Clients who are uninsured or not using insurance are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before services begin.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill. We're glad to provide a written estimate at any time — just ask.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments (no-shows) are subject to a $150 fee. Please note that insurance does not cover cancellation or no-show fees.
