What Trauma Therapy Can Help With

We support adults navigating many forms of trauma and its effects.

  • Single-incident trauma
  • Complex trauma and PTSD
  • Medical trauma
  • Interpersonal trauma
  • Hypervigilance, anxiety, and panic
  • Nightmares, flashbacks, and intrusive memories

Our Approach to Trauma

We use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET) for PTSD, integrated with mind-body interventions.

Care moves at your pace, in a safe and affirming space. The goal isn't to relive the past, but to help your nervous system learn that you are safe now — and to restore meaning, balance, and well-being.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to talk about every detail of my trauma?
No. Trauma-informed care respects your pace and autonomy. We work collaboratively, and you remain in control of what you share and when.
How long does trauma therapy take?
It varies. Some evidence-based treatments like WET are brief (around five sessions), while complex trauma may benefit from longer-term support.
