Who This Is For

Anxiety and depression can affect anyone, at any age. This service supports children, teens, young adults, and adults who are living with worry, low mood, stress, or a sense of being stuck. You do not have to be in crisis to benefit from support.

Common Experiences We Support

You are not alone in what you are feeling.

  • Persistent worry and racing thoughts
  • Panic and physical tension
  • Low mood and loss of interest
  • Fatigue and trouble sleeping
  • Stress and burnout
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Self-criticism and low self-worth
  • Life transitions and grief
  • Avoidance and isolation

How Therapy Can Help

Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care, to help you understand what is happening and build practical tools. Therapy does not promise to cure a condition, and it is not a quick fix, but many people find real, meaningful relief and skills that last.

What to Expect

Care usually begins with a free 15-minute consultation. You and your clinician set goals and work together at a comfortable pace. All sessions are held online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which clinicians help with anxiety and depression?
All of our clinicians support anxiety and depression. Megan and Kasey work with adults, Daisy works with adolescents and adults ages 12 and up, and Nayely works with children, adolescents, and young adults.
What states do you serve?
Our clinicians serve Oregon, with additional coverage in Nevada (Megan) and New Jersey (Kasey). Care is provided to residents of the state where each clinician is licensed.
Is telehealth effective for anxiety and depression?
Research shows that telehealth therapy can be as effective as in-person care for many people and concerns, including anxiety and depression. Telehealth is not the right fit for everyone or every situation, and we are glad to talk through whether it fits your needs.
Do you prescribe medication?
No. We provide therapy and assessment, not medication management. If medication may be helpful, we can coordinate with your medical provider.
What should I do in a crisis?
Our services are not for emergencies and are not monitored around the clock. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), or call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
