New here? A good place to start is Find My Therapist, which suggests a clinician based on what you are looking for. Our team reviews every match before reaching out.
Start with what matters most to you: the concern you want support with, the state you live in, language, and scheduling. Our Find My Therapist tool walks you through a few short questions and suggests a clinician who fits. You can also read each clinician’s profile on our team page. There is no single right answer, and our staff can help you decide.
Your request goes securely to our team. We review it, confirm details like your location and availability, and reach out to schedule a free consultation or a first appointment. Final clinician placement is always confirmed by Thrive staff.
Yes. You can request a specific clinician through Find My Therapist or our request form. We will do our best to honor your preference based on availability and fit.
If your first choice is not available, we will let you know and suggest other clinicians who may be a good fit for what you are looking for. You are never locked in to a single choice.
Our clinicians who are accepting new clients are shown on the homepage and the team page, each with a current availability label. Availability can change, so the site reflects the latest status.
It depends on the clinician’s availability and your schedule. After we review your request, we will share the soonest available options. If getting started quickly matters most to you, let us know and we will factor that in.

Yes, we are in-network with several plans and also offer self-pay and out-of-network options. Coverage can vary by clinician and by your specific plan, so we confirm your benefits before your first appointment. See our payment options page for details.
Not necessarily. Insurance participation can vary by clinician. When you request care, we check the specific clinician’s panel participation against your plan rather than assuming every plan is accepted by everyone.
Your cost depends on whether you use insurance, your specific plan and benefits, and the service. We will review expected costs with you before your first appointment so there are no surprises. See payment options.
